Our Mission

At Nick’s Community Day Program, our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and structured environment that supports community integration, socialization, and skill development for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Through person-centered services, we support individuals in building independence in daily living skills, increasing community participation, and exploring volunteer and vocational opportunities aligned with their interests, strengths, and Individual Program Plan (IPP) goals.

We are committed to promoting choice, dignity, and self-determination, while fostering meaningful relationships and active participation within the community. Our programs are designed to enhance quality of life for participants and to support families and caregivers as partners in the service planning process.

Our Vision

Our vision is to deliver individualized, person-centered programs that emphasize each participant’s goals, abilities, and personal outcomes, as identified through the IPP process

We support opportunities for volunteerism and, when appropriate, supported employment exploration within local businesses and community settings to promote independence, confidence, and long-term community inclusion.

Funding & Eligibility

Services are funded through California Regional Centers for eligible individuals, in accordance with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act.
